Sage 50 Accounts 2012 is best ever…. get to grips with cash flow and 10% off

By RJP LLP on 16 September 2011

“Wow great functionality and free, well done Sage!”

“Excellent! Sage have got it so right this time.”

“Glad we upgraded to 2012 for this alone.”

“Tremendous piece of kit - functionality, interface and usability is perfect for business use.”

These are some of the great reviews on iTunes written by delighted Sage 50 2012 users after trying the new Sage 50 mobile app.  And we are TaxTalk firmly agree. This nifty mobile app is free with the latest version of Sage and will completely transform the way you manage your business finances.

How many times have you gone to a customer meeting without checking your debtor accounts and then afterwards realised they owe you money? You could have sent that client a polite reminder or copy invoice beforehand.  Alternatively, when you are travelling or away from the office, how easy is it to monitor your business’ financial performance on the go?

Mobile technology has transformed the way we live our lives.  And now Sage has embraced this with the launch of Sage 50 Accounts 2012, which includes a powerful free mobile app for iPhone and BlackBerry users.

Described by Accountingweb’s editor as “brainlessly simple”, Sage 50 Mobile is a very powerful tool.  It is designed for people working remotely or in the field who might want to call down customer data and use it, managers who want to view outstanding balances or totals, and other users who don’t usually sit in front of a desktop computer.  You can fine tune your cashflow, credit control and management reporting from anywhere, with the control to set access rights to an authorised user group.

As one of Surrey’s leading Sage resellers, We at TaxTalk think Sage 50 Accounts 2012 is probably their best version ever.  In addition to the mobile app, it includes a range of other excellent new functionality, with all the enhancements in the new version being driven by customer demand and market research.  If you are running an older version of Sage and holding out for a reason to upgrade, this is the year to do it.  In addition to these features you will also get the benefit of other enhancements such as full e-commerce integration, included with earlier versions.

What else is exciting in Sage 50 Accounts 2012?

Quick Look-Up and Quick Print. Save time searching for data records and have the ability to print.

Lock date. Never get caught out by mistakenly posting data to the wrong financial year again.  This new version makes it impossible to make this common mistake because you are able to set a point in time to work from or to.

Faster performance. Sage have ironed out previous performance issues and the new version is obviously much faster and better to work with.

All in all we think Sage 50 2012 is so good it mustn’t be missed.  To help ensure you get to try it too, we are offering all existing customers and users the chance to get a further 10% off the list price if they order before 1st October 2012.

So what are you waiting for?
